Lovely to meet you! I’m Christina (they/she), an instructional designer and licensed clinical social worker. I know, I know—how did that happen?!

Long story medium, while I enjoyed supporting people becoming their best selves, I’m a firm believer that change needs to simultaneously occur at a systems-level to achieve sustainable growth. Since finding my way to e-Learning, I’ve been able to have the best of both worlds: fostering organizational growth and success by creating intentional and accessible learning experiences that champion overall individual satisfaction and productivity in the workplace.

When I’m not on the clock, you can find me recipe testing baked goods, convincing myself that there’s no such thing as “too many” plants and then becoming overwhelmed when I get home because I have to figure out where to fit another plant, and—most likely on the ground, hurt laughing—learning how to roller-skate.
